The Commerce Commission has conducted ongoing independent research, surveying approximately 2,400 residential Kiwi consumers every 6 months about their satisfaction with their mobile provider.

The survey results are published as a ranking to help inform consumers about which providers offer the best customer service for mobile and broadband connections.

The results represent the view of consumers who took part in the survey. Only providers with a market share of 5% or more in their survey are ranked.

These rankings reflect the results of monthly surveys conducted from September 2023 –  February 2024.

In publishing these results, the Commerce Commission and Mobile Compare are not giving advice or making recommendations. Rankings are updated regularly based on the previous 6 months’ survey results and only providers with a market share of 5% or more in their survey are shown. Smaller providers who are not listed offer their own level of customer service and may be able to provide you with a more personalised service.
