Best bang for your buck – no issues in 2 years!

I’ve been using Rocket Mobile’s $30 Unlimited plan for over 2 years now, and honestly, it’s been amazing. No problems at all! The coverage is solid, I can call/text NZ and Aussie without worrying, and the data (even at 2Mbps) is totally fine for streaming, browsing, and social media.

The 10GB hotspot is super handy when I need to use my laptop on the go. And for the price? It’s a total steal.

Great Service & Value!

I signed up to electric kiwi but didn't complete the number port. Despite that I was charged $100. When I asked for a refund they said it wasn't possible and that I should make a complaint. Avoid this company, they are scammers

Do not use nova as a mobile provider. The cheap deals are no good if you don’t have service and no one can here you!

Worst experience with a carrier ever bad to no reception same with service coverage would not recommend ever

The worst customer service I have experienced. I am leaving skinny for someone who still reads and replies to complaints rather than us AI to find key words and waste my time with generic responses that do not satisfy

2degrees have been my number 1 go to for both my phone and broadband. I have been using 2degress since inception and they have been amazing and extremely helpful anytime I have needed an answer to a particular question or anything at all really. I trust 2degress and do not wish to change providers when I am always treated with respect, thoughtfulness and friendly staff.

Have just switched over to Skinny. Phone keeps dropping in and out of connection. Unreliable.

Will be contacting Support to get this sorted. If unresolved, I'll have to go to another gtelco as an unreliable phone connection is unacceptable

Moved my mobile to Kiwi Mobile because we have power with Kiwi Electric and I thought it is sensible to have both on one place.
What a disaster experience this was. I was more than 4hours on chat and didn't resolve to get it working. They let me down from the very beginning. I started 3 times to chat and ended up on point zero every time! So, I went back to 2degree and moved back to them and they are very helpful. The disaster didn't stop here as I got a text for moving my cell number and I replayed "Yes", so a confirmation text arrived saying I'm moved now. Just to find out (with the 2degree support) I was not moved. 2degree couldn't find a phone number to call and chat was not reacting. Now, I received a email saying "your mobile number is scheduled to be closed".
I'm very happy now not to have to deal with Kiwi Mobile and their unhelpful customer service. I lost minimum 1 full day and some business because this disaster.
